Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase and support of No-Diggity-Dog Inc. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please see below for more information regarding our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@nodiggitydog.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in the box with original labels affixed, proof of purchase and email with RMA number. Mail your return to the following address:

Please note

• You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
• A 10% restocking fee will be charged to you for all returns.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your return. Please allow at least (10) days from the date of the receipt to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defected products caused by the manufacturer, please contact us from the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange. A full refund will be applied for any factory defects.

WARRANTY

No-Diggity-Dog offers a (1) year limited warranty on products with manufacturer defects. All claims shall be submitted in writing to info@nodiggitydog.com for approval. The warranty starts from the date it was purchased.
